We offer quality childcare and education for children from of 3 months until Kindergarten age who will benefit from:
· a well planned and well-resourced curriculum to promote their healthy development.
· monitoring of their progress through the individual attention of a personal key-carer.
· an effective partnership with their families to ensure a positive impact on development and learning.

Our Nursery intends to meet the diverse needs of each individual child. We support them in developing their potential at their own pace by means of a planned and appropriate curriculum.
Most children will achieve and some will go beyond the early learning goals. The Early Learning Goals establish expectations for most children to reach by the end of the foundation stage and are organised into six areas of learning.

The concept supports the nursery staff in defining and structuring daily activities with the children. For parents it is an important source of information regarding our values and objectives. Finally it is one of the most important documents needed to get the nursery license.

The concept - available only in the German - is also an integral part of the operating rules document and of the care contract between the Association `Grow2gether` and parents or legal guardians.
